1. Der Dienst
Clozone ermöglicht es, kurze, zeitlich begrenzte Nachrichten ohne Angabe der eigenen Identität zu veröffentlichen, die Personen im Umkreis von etwa 1 km sehen und beantworten können. Die Nutzung ist kostenlos.
2. Mindestalter
Du musst mindestens 16 Jahre alt sein.
3. Verbotene Inhalte – null Toleranz
Verboten sind insbesondere: Beleidigungen, Belästigung, Mobbing, Drohungen; Hassrede und Diskriminierung; sexuelle oder pornografische Inhalte; Gewaltverherrlichung; Aufrufe zu Straftaten oder Selbstverletzung; personenbezogene Daten Dritter (Namen, Adressen, Telefonnummern, Fotos, Kennzeichen); Spam und Werbung; bewusst falsche Informationen, insbesondere in der Kategorie „Sicherheit“; jeder rechtswidrige Inhalt.
Solche Inhalte werden entfernt. Die verursachenden Installationen werden vorübergehend oder dauerhaft gesperrt.
4. Moderation, Meldungen und Blockieren
Jeder Inhalt kann in der App gemeldet werden (Schaltfläche „Melden“). Gemeldete Inhalte werden geprüft, in der Regel innerhalb von 24 Stunden. Ein Inhalt wird automatisch ausgeblendet, sobald drei verschiedene Personen ihn melden, oder wenn er Begriffe aus unserer Sperrliste enthält, bis zur Prüfung. Du kannst jede Person blockieren: Ihre Nachrichten und Antworten werden dir dann nicht mehr angezeigt. Rechtswidrige Inhalte kannst du auch an contact@clozone.app melden (Kontaktstelle nach Art. 11 und 12 DSA).
5. Deine Inhalte
Du bist für deine Inhalte verantwortlich. Du räumst uns das einfache, unentgeltliche Recht ein, sie während ihrer Laufzeit im Rahmen des Dienstes anzuzeigen. Du kannst deine Inhalte jederzeit löschen.
6. Kein Notrufdienst
Clozone ist kein Notrufdienst. In Notfällen wähle 112 (Feuerwehr/Rettung) oder 110 (Polizei).
7. Verfügbarkeit und Haftung
Wir bemühen uns um einen störungsfreien Betrieb, garantieren ihn aber nicht. Wir haften unbeschränkt bei Vorsatz und grober Fahrlässigkeit sowie bei Verletzung von Leben, Körper oder Gesundheit; bei leichter Fahrlässigkeit nur für die Verletzung wesentlicher Pflichten und begrenzt auf den vorhersehbaren Schaden. Für Inhalte anderer Nutzer sind wir nicht verantwortlich, entfernen sie aber nach Kenntnis rechtswidriger Inhalte.
8. Beendigung
Du kannst die Nutzung jederzeit beenden und deine Daten in der App löschen. Wir können Installationen sperren, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen.
9. Änderungen und Recht
Wesentliche Änderungen werden in der App angekündigt. Es gilt deutsches Recht; zwingende Verbraucherschutzvorschriften deines Wohnsitzstaates bleiben unberührt.

1. The service
Clozone lets you post short, time-limited messages without revealing your identity, which people within about 1 km can see and reply to. Use is free of charge.
2. Minimum age
You must be at least 16 years old.
3. Prohibited content — zero tolerance
In particular, the following are prohibited: insults, harassment, bullying, threats; hate speech and discrimination; sexual or pornographic content; glorification of violence; incitement to crime or self-harm; personal data of others (names, addresses, phone numbers, photos, licence plates); spam and advertising; deliberately false information, especially in the “Safety” category; any unlawful content.
Such content is removed. The installations responsible are blocked temporarily or permanently.
4. Moderation, reporting and blocking
Any content can be reported in the app (“Report” button). Reported content is reviewed, usually within 24 hours. Content is hidden automatically as soon as three different people report it, or when it contains terms from our block list, pending review. You can block anyone: their messages and replies are then no longer shown to you. You can also report unlawful content to contact@clozone.app (point of contact under Art. 11 and 12 DSA).
5. Your content
You are responsible for your content. You grant us a non-exclusive, free right to display it within the service for its lifetime. You can delete your content at any time.
6. Not an emergency service
Clozone is not an emergency service. In an emergency, call 112.
7. Availability and liability
We aim for uninterrupted operation but do not guarantee it. We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health; for slight negligence only for breach of essential obligations and limited to foreseeable damage. We are not responsible for other users' content but remove unlawful content once we become aware of it.
8. Termination
You may stop using Clozone at any time and delete your data in the app. We may block installations that violate these terms.
9. Changes and law
Material changes are announced in the app. German law applies; mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence remain unaffected.

4. Modération, signalement et blocage
Tout contenu peut être signalé dans l'app (bouton « Signaler »). Les contenus signalés sont examinés, en général sous 24 heures. Un contenu est masqué automatiquement dès que trois personnes différentes le signalent, ou s'il contient des termes de notre liste de blocage, en attente d'examen. Tu peux bloquer n'importe qui : ses messages et réponses ne te sont alors plus affichés. Tu peux aussi signaler un contenu illicite à contact@clozone.app (point de contact au sens des art. 11 et 12 du DSA).
5. Tes contenus
Tu es responsable de tes contenus. Tu nous accordes le droit non exclusif et gratuit de les afficher dans le service pendant leur durée de vie. Tu peux les supprimer à tout moment.
6. Pas un service d'urgence
Clozone n'est pas un service d'urgence. En cas d'urgence, appelle le 112.
7. Disponibilité et responsabilité
Nous visons un fonctionnement sans interruption sans pouvoir le garantir. Notre responsabilité est illimitée en cas de faute intentionnelle ou de négligence grave, ainsi qu'en cas d'atteinte à la vie, au corps ou à la santé ; en cas de négligence légère, elle est limitée à la violation d'obligations essentielles et au dommage prévisible. Nous ne sommes pas responsables des contenus des autres utilisateurs, mais retirons les contenus illicites dès que nous en avons connaissance.
8. Fin d'utilisation
Tu peux cesser d'utiliser Clozone à tout moment et supprimer tes données dans l'app. Nous pouvons bloquer les installations qui enfreignent ces conditions.
9. Modifications et droit applicable
Les modifications importantes sont annoncées dans l'app. Le droit allemand s'applique, sans préjudice des règles impératives de protection des consommateurs de ton pays de résidence.

9. التعديلات والقانون الواجب التطبيق
يُعلَن عن التعديلات الجوهرية داخل التطبيق. يسري القانون الألماني، مع عدم المساس بالقواعد الإلزامية لحماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك.
